Relaxing bath.
Is the world spinning far too fast for you at the moment? Then jump into the bathtub. There’s nothing more relaxing than a bath with our FRESH bath oil lavender.
The scent of lavender soothes the nerves and has a balancing effect, while your skin will get lasting nourishment thanks to the special oils. Incidentally, lavender is also helpful if you have problems falling asleep. And if you only have a shower – no problem. Turn on the shower and pour a little FRESH bath oil lavender into your hands. Apply it gently all over your body, let it work for a while, and then rinse off. Let the warm water run over your shoulders and back, and enjoy the massage. Fantastic!
Pampering cream
After your relaxing bath, gently pat yourself dry with a towel. Then apply our FRESH body milk and massage it in gently. Slip into your bathrobe and rest with a nice cup of RINGANA matcha tea – allowing your skin to absorb the avocado oil, macadamia nut oil and shea butter in in peace. These oils strengthen the skin barrier – ultra important in winter.
Foot care
After your little break, move on to your foot care – ideally with the FRESH Beauty Set from RINGANA, which includes a high-quality manicure set. Cut your toenails with the nail scissors, then shape them with the tempered glass nail file. This fine-grain glass file is particularly good for sensitive nails. Finally, massage your feet with our FRESH foot balm. When you do that, gently squeeze each of your toes between thumb and index finger and smooth your fingers along their length towards the tip of the nail. Next, make small circling movements underneath each toe, and then gently stretch and press the balls of your feet and the instep, using sweeping circular movements. As you massage, the FRESH foot balm will nourish your feet with sesame, grape seed and macadamia nut oils. Then put on some warm socks and enjoy how your feet feel.
